   • Nominees will have 2-3 minutes each to address the attendees. 5.

5. Additional Nominations

   • CASA Will open the floor for further nominations. allowing each nominee time to speak.

6. Voting Process

   • Voting Criteria: Only homeowners current with all dues may vote. Each household is limited to one vote.

   • Explanation of the voting process.

7. Ballot Counting and Results

   • Ballots will be counted, and results announced.

8. Directions for the New Board

   • CASA will provide guidance and next steps for the newly elected board

   • Homeowners may ask questions, with a limit Of 2 minutes per person.
